BIG EAST TOUR DIVISION AWARD REQUIREMENTS:
Revision: 2021.05.27

AWARD REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must play minimum of 2 regular events out of all planned events to get into the Final.
  • Must play Final event
  • Best 2 scores plus Final Score.

POINTS:

  • Points will be generated based on how many players played per division.
  • All events will have a factor of 2 points.

Example: Total of Players: Points
1st Place 20
2nd Place 18
3rd Place 16
4th Place 14
5th Place 12
6th Place 10
7th Place 8
8th Place 6
9th Place 4
10th Place 2

TIED:

  • If Tied, # of players that are tied their points will be added together and then split evenly.

Example: if 1, 2, 3 place is tied then the total of 1st, 2nd, 3rd will be added up and divided by 3.

DNF:

  • If one player DNF, he will get an automatic Zero points.
  • DNF player will count as a point for over all points system.
  • If one player did not start or show up, he will be removed from list and will not count as a point for over all points system.

BIG EAST TOUR POINTS MASTER AWARD REQUIREMENTS:

AWARD REQUIREMENTS:

  • Most attended in Big East Tour Schedule
  • Most total points
  • Must be in a selected one division throughout all events.

ATTENDANCE:

  • Players will be scored by who attended the most events first before points.

POINTS:

  • Players will be scored who earned the most points secondly after most attendance.

Example:

Player A (MPO Division): Attended 3 events.  Earned 38 points
Player B (REC Division): Attended 4 events.  Earned 12 points

Player B won the Big East Tour Points Master Award. Because he/she attended 4 events which is because attendance supersedes point requirements.

TIED: 

Must be witnessed by two people.  

If Tied, sudden death play off will be required.  

Start at Hole #1 at Twin Grove DGC.

If par evenly, continue to the next hole.
